Hardware My CFW 3ds is not booting

This morning, I was making an exchange in Pokemon Ultra Moon, so I closed my console and when I opened it up my o3ds just turned off.
I press the power button, but it boots with some vertical white lines and then it turns off again. Sometime when booting it shows my bottom splash screen, but nothing more.

Right now, I am using the latest luma version and also the last console version.
Another deteail is that while playing the game, I was using mods on it (game patching) but I don´t know if it has anything to do with the problem.
I can´t boot any POWER + START tool (godmode, hourglass) nor the Luma menu.

The only thing that sort of works is the (L + R + UP + A + POWER) trick, whick only makes my 3ds blue light stand for 7 seconds and then makes a sound when turning off.

Take out the SD card, take out the battery, and let the 3DS discharge for several minutes before booting it up without the card. Check if the card is corrupt on your computer.

OK, I have new details


So, as seen in the video, my 3ds boots in that position, but having graphical problems. And as soon as it changes of position, it turns off.
So the problem is in the hardware.
Is it broken? Is it dirty in the inside?
What can it be?

Dirty, most likely no. The system is sealed for the most part, except around the joy-stick and buttons area. The first to be affected by dust and dirt (non-liquid) contamination would be the buttons.

Since you are able to boot into Home Menu, this means you probably don't have a (semi-)software brick, which is really good.
But to eliminate that possibility, backup all your game saves first and then try restoring your original sysNAND in GodMode9. Recheck if the video glitches go away.

If they do not, here's the bad news. Since you have graphical errors and your system turns off after re-positioning the screen, the number #1 suspect is failed flex cable for either top/bottom/or both LCD screens. Your leads may have broke or are on their way to fully breaking. Any time the motherboard does not detect the LCDs, the 3DS will shut off.

EDIT : IT IS ADVISABLE NOT TO FLIP THE SCREEN ANY FURTHER. In case it is hardware failure, you don't want to full break those leads, get locked out from booting up your 3DS, and not be able to backup all your game data.

When launching games or any other option it works fine
So yes, the problem is the cable
Guess I´ll solve that myself
