Official hakchi2 - NES Mini very simple pimp tool

From KMFDManics readme (to usb-host),

-Paths in desktop files should point to /var/games Paths are now /var/games
instead of /usr/share/games and /var/saves instead of
/var/lib/clover/profiles/0. Old paths would still work. But, they break once
you boot snes to nes or vice-versa. These will work in both modes.

Internally, there is a symbolic link from one pointing to the other two.

Mine are the exact as yours. I have a folder of ps one games but when I select it it just goes to a black screen for a min then goes back to the main menu

I think i know whats wrong. If you add the cue in hakchi it will replace all spaces in the name of the cue in the CLV folder with an underscore character "_". You need to change the bin file and the name of the bin file inside the cue to the same name with the underscore characters.

I too used the offical USB mod from madmonkey github. And I used dantheman f to make the folders. Maybe I need to try again with just folders just to see if I can get it to open...

And to who ever is asking the games work fine... I have a variety files types from .bin .cue .IMG something else I forget what is was but I do know a .ccd will not work.

Either way if I can just figure out the folder format I will be good then I can add all the NES snes game plus some N64 and these ps one games in a organized manner.

I have one snes classic with close to 300 games, and another that says it can't create the directory structure. Is there a way to simply mirror one onto the other? I'm running out of ideas how to fix this.

That’s pretty simple. Just download a new hakchi and to a diff folder. Then you copy config, games,user mods and folder images if you added new ones into new hakchi folder. Don’t move dump over. Plug new system in new hakchi with your stuff moved over. Then just dump it and flash custom and add the mods and sync the games etc.

Yeah receivers for the fc30 /sfc30 etc but they do look kind of ugly...

some of the games that run faster are us version. ^^

I replace Most of the Games with US Version and they Run with Speed too.
That can Not be the PAL Problem.
Both Version ( PAL and US) of smb 1 Run faster AS they should.
With dualboot to Mini NES they Run normal but that doesnt Work with usb space.

R.I.P. you think it’s the fault of your Mini that your TV died?

It could be, that was the last thing my son did on de tv.
*NOTE*: the Mini Snes was USB Powered by my tv, sometimes he turns off the tv while the Mini Snes is still "on". And looking at the problem the TV has right now, it is linked to the mainboard where the USB connection sits.

So after reading this I took my snes and went back to stock and reflash everything using the same one from kmfdmanics and it works now... Not sure what the difference is but thank you as I can add alot more games now

super mario bros is running 3-4 times faster when i look at the clock and that is the us version.
super mario bros 3 runs correct

its not every game but only some.

in dual boot they run correct but dual boot doesnt work with the usb version

yes you must convert the save and put it with ftp on the mini snes when you not have the usb mod

Still getting C3 C7 when trying to boot PSX and N64 games....
Genesis, NES, and Snes boot fine.

I have a couple questions since I have tried so many different ways of booting.

My nes/snes/genesis games are booting off USB using Var/games in desktop instead of /usr/share/games.

When inputing games to hakchi2, and ask to select file (bin) (cue) what do i select? CUE? and press OK or input as ARCHIVE?

I have tried /usr/share/games and var/games for PSX and n64 games and they dont work.
Do the PSX files have to be decompressed: Bin(s) and cue ? The file path should point to the Cue file?

Do N64 games need to zipped?
