I have just released a new version of my snes save state compression mod. This version now supports the "My Game Play Demo" feature. This version should be fairly complete. I am still marking it experimental as not many people have tested it and there may be issues I didn't anticipate. You can download the update from github or here. If anyone has any suggestions or bug reports please let me know. I still recommend that this be tested by experienced users in case anything unexpected happens (see warning in my first post).

Currently yes. However a user on github has suggested a fix for this issue and I am currently attempting to implement their idea. If successful I will post a new version of the mod.
A new version with the game sync fix is now available at github or here. Thanks to Loafdude for suggesting the fix.

Check the extras/advanced users folder in his latest release for a readme with the link. Or just use the official version in that same folder.

Not on github, you have to download KMDFManic's latest release and the folder is in there.

Hello.

If anybody is looking to add Swedish language (for some reason) to their SNESC, look no further!

Here's how you do it.
1. Download my strings.rar containing the lang files.
2. UnRAR the file you downloaded from me.
3. Connect your SNESC to your PC and enable FTP.
4. Open your FTP client and go to /var/lib/hakchi/rootfs/usr/share/ui/snes-eur/resources/ <- paste the strings folder here
5. Restart your SNESC.
6. You have now replaced russian with swedish.
7. Enjoy the 90's.

Known issues:
1. One missing character from the swedish alphabet. (Å/å. Working on a font replacement where this character is added)
2. May get replaced whenever you Synchronize in hakchi (hmod will be released).
3. May have some sort of Awesome impact on your console.

Note: I'm using fontfix to get the missing character here, but the font is getting an increase in size when using that. Will be fixed, as said!

Just curious as everybody is using regular usb flash drives and no mention of a usb micro-sd card reader.

I am using one. Working well here.

Sorry about that... I wasn’t doing a step by step really... Basically, get the SNES ready as you would normally do with Hakchi2 - then follow the SDUFRM setup using the USB exe.
One my YouTube videos has a link to MEGA where you can find the contents of the USB. (Micro SD card in my case)

I don't understand yet, what steps to repeat if I add more hmdos to my usb kernel and why we repack the kernel after flashing. So basically about hackchi gui. Because I opted out when 2.15 came out.

Yes. Unless you already have the Hakchi driver installed.

I have the Hakchi driver installed in the previous version of Hakchi that I use for my NES classic, but not in the one that I'm going to use for my SNES classic. Is it in a folder somewhere that I can copy over to the new version ?

You shouldn't have to reinstall it.

you sure ? It's not installed in the SNES classic and I haven't run hakchi yet. I'm talking about the new version that I'm going to use for the SNES classic, not the version that I use for the NES classic.

It varies but saves states are usually compressed to less than 20% of their original size. I did add a "before and after" image in a previous post.
