I actually did it first try then eh? no immediate crashing or anything? Guess I had quite some luck then :P
Also taking out the SD while nintendont is running is a bad idea, you wont be able to save on quit, it'll also crash on quit (as it cant unmount the card) and that on the SD itself can create errors in the partition, so dont ever do that.
I'll make sure the script looks for disc2.iso on the next release and adds it to the image :)

Ok I just checked vWii, and the exit option is working.. so the problem is the autobooter.dol, forwarder.dol and probably the force 4:3.dol, can you check on that @FIX94 ? I honestly think that is the last bug... and it will be perfect

EDIT: Gonna test on real Wii now.

I'm confused right now. How do I use the autobooter? Is it the same with the regular one? Put it to sd:/apps/Nintendont then rename it to boot.dol?

nintendont_default_autobooter - Boots included wii vc game with default config

It says wii vc game here. Does it work for GC games?

Testing 5.458 now, also testing 460 on real Wii now.

EDIT:

v.458
-On WiiVC Inject, wont detect the Wii U Gamepad as player 1 ingame in Mario Kart DD, but it does on Resident Evil(it does detect it on v.459), runs the game from Wii U USB injected and it still freezes by pressing Home... (able to reset with Power Button)

-On WiiVC Forwarder Inject, detects the gamepad for player 1 and select the game... its running the game from SD, the EXIT home button freezes the console too, pressing the Power button reboots the console...

-On HBC vWii it wont detect the Pro Controller as player 1 in Mario Kart DD, but I does on Resident Evil, but this is still good for selecting the game loaded from SD, pressing HOME also freezes the console.... in MARIO KART, but it doesnt freeze the console on Resident Evil... (Loaded from SD remember) pressing the Power button reboots the console...

v.460 on Real Wii wont accept the "reset command(L+R+Z+B+Start I think it is..)" but it does accept the L+R+B+Down and resets the console...

And that concludes my tests for v.458(vWii, WiiVC Inject, WiiVC Forwarder) and v.460 (Real Wii)

when its in a frozen state, does pressing the power button still work? or is it completely frozen?
In all cases on v.458 power button resets the console.

But I think its weird how in MK fron HBC it wont exit, and on Resident Evil does it...

NOTE I'm when HBC I'm running the games from SD Card. So its very weird that MK wont use the Wii U Pro controller... and Resident Evil does it... v458

The power button on the gamepad seems to respond. If I hold it for a few seconds it even gives the prompt to press it again to shut down the console. It doesn't work, so I need to use the console's button which causes the reboot, but the gamepad seems responsive.

there was a bug in that version that made some games uncontrollable, but yea just to make this completely clear, on vwii/wii vc you press reset and the game just sits there doing nothing, and THEN when you press the power button on the console itself even though the game is frozen, it STILL resets?

YES.

EDIT: BUT on vWii its just because of I don't know, because MK freezes and Resident evil wont freeze, it gets out by using HOME. And that still happens on v460

On v460 I can control MK but I cant get out by pressing home... (HBC vWii), Resident Evil does control player 1 and it DOEST exit when pressing HOME. EDIT nevermind, on V460 also freezes when I press Home...

The gamepad is still responsive during the freeze. Tapping the screen shows the "no touching" icon, and holding the power button gives the prompt to press it again to turn off the console. However the console does not seem to react until the power button is pressed, which seems to unfreeze and continue with the reboot as intended.
