Hacking Luma3ds unable to save configurations

Hi guys, so when I try to save Luma settings to continue I get no reaction or restart when clicking start. I'm trying to update to boot9strap and I'm up to configuring 8.1.1 settings.

I just found someone config.bin and it loaded.

But now I have a bigger problem, I was updating to b9s and got up to godmode 9 I was inpoting the time and date I went to go receive the details I came back and it was turned off and I can't turn it on.

When you say turned off and can;t turn on, do you mean the blue light blinks then goes off? That means you are missing arm9loaderhax.bin/boot.firm depending if you have A9LH still or B9S.
