Hacking R4i Gold 3DS (non RTS) and NTRBoot

I'm a bit confused looking at the guide, is the R4i Gold 3DS (non RTS version) actually compatible with NTRBoot ? It's in the picture, but in the Multi System part of the guide, only 2 cards are mentioned : the R4i Gold 3DS (RTS) and the Acekard. https://3ds.guide/flashing-ntrboot-(3ds-multi-system)

What is the web address written in the card? The guide hasn't been completely updated because ntrboot updates are so frequent now.
