Can someone help me with this? I'm sure I messed up somewhere, but I've no idea where.

I followed all of the steps and the program, as far as I can tell, works correctly... I even get the green text at the end saying it did. When I move the files onto the SD card and try to install it with WUP Installer (mod Y), I get the following error message.

"Install of title (numbers I'm assuming I can't post without getting modded) Failed
ERROR - Install error code 0xFFFBF442
Verify WUP files are correct & complete; DLC/E-Shop requires sig (and the rest is cut off by the end of the screen) t"

Anyone have any ideas?

(And if it helps, the game I'm using is Mario Kart Wii... but it does this very same thing to the other games I've tried, and they're both clean rips I made from my own discs.)

I assume you loaded CFW with sigpatches enabled, I hope.

I'm sorry but this didn't work for me at all! It says in green at the end all packed up and ready to go but nothing at all, all I have is a meta & app file at the end. I went back to the old method much better!

Yep, I thought so... I was just being dumb and caused my own problems.

I just had to do the whole "hold B while starting up Haxchi" thing, and now it installs just fine.

Sorry for wasting everyone's time. :(

Sorry it didn't work for you, did you use special characters like a colon : in your game title or publisher? I have added a check for those to warn users not to use them in the new version I'm releasing soon.

Same problem here. I'm not using special characters.
I put a "pause" in the bat before the success message and it gives me this error (Spanish):

Are you using a Spanish version of Windows XP? The error message tells me that your OS doesn't support RoboCopy (included in Windows Vista and higher) which is necessary for the script to run, and also tells me that you may not have Java setup properly. Also, are you running this script from the shortcut or are you running the script directly from the tools folder? Running the script directly from the tools folder won't work as it's expecting most of the directories to be one level higher.

No I checked all those. Its a good app you have done I'm not slating it but I find using the original way just as quick for me I just wanted to give it ago. On a plus note it saved me a lot of time doing the meta.xml file in notepad+, naming the game and publisher.

It just ran through very quickly and I knew it had not worked it didn't even convert the actual game.iso to .nfs format. Whether I am doing something wrong my end I'm not sure but I put all my .tga files in the SOURCE_FILES folder along with my game.iso, ran your wiivc script, put the keys in all correctly for Xenoblade usa, typed in the game etc.. correct put in "N" at the end for a random title id and enter? it said completed at the end but all I got was a meta.xml file in the main folder and an app.xml file in the tools folder nothing packed up as I expected. Also I can only run this without full admin rights, if you try, it wont run?

Just a heads up: If you don't have Java installed the script will also give the wrong title ID/Key error!

I use Windows 10, running from the shortcut. I've just updated java. :/

You won't brick but it won't work, don't do it.

Try restarting your machine, when updating Java I've seen java not be recognized as a system path variable until after a restart. Where did you extract the folder on your machine? Make sure you extract it somewhere where you have permissions like the desktop. No idea why the script is looking for the game.iso file on your C Drive.

Hey KhaderWelaye,

I made the noob mistake running your script with the wrong title keys. The script did throw an error about the wrong base which I was grateful for. Turns out I was using the other "Xeno" key and didn't realize it. After re-extracting your zip file to another folder I ran the script with the correct keys and it ran like a champ!

So my feature request would be: Could it be possible to make the script prompt once the keys have been added before, to ask if the user would like to make any changes to the key settings with a y or n prompt? Avoiding to having to re-extract the zip file and move my source files just to re-enter the keys would of saved me a couple minutes and clicking... Just thought it would be a cool feature. Thanks for the great script :-)
