0.6.0 of bootstrap doesn't work for some users, so you might have to wait for the next version.

TWLoader's settings says I have Pre-release v0.5.0 for I would assume to be my bootstrap version. I didn't realize that that didn't update. Let me update that first.

Try the latest unofficial.
Also, how big is your SD card, and what brand?

I'll try the unofficial build. SD card: SanDisk 16GB, don't know the class of the card.

EDIT: Unofficial build ec38494 results in a white screen after the H&S screen as well.

EDIT 2: I somehow fixed it. Still using the unofficial build. I pressed start by accident while in the main TWLoader menu (where you select your games) and I found the unset donor ROM option. I tried messing with that and resetting the MKDS donor ROM and it finally started working. Thanks for your help, Robz8!

EDIT: Unofficial build ec38494 results in a white screen after the H&S screen as well.

From the looks of it you have to update your bootstraps, go into the settings and to the fourth page and hit X followed by Y.
You unofficial should be build c4025ca and your official build should be release v0.6.0

Oddly enough, that release wasn't out when I hit Y around ~50 minutes ago to update the unofficial build. The build I mentioned was the version it gave me when I hit Y. I did manage to get it to work now though.

Welp i was new on it, i never though i was going to brick with not compatible flashcard, and i just read your wiki :'(. Good luck with the nds-bootstrap now i need it more xd

actually depnding how badly it's Fubar'd he MIGHT if it launches properly with "old-Bootstrap" if his card functions like the AK2i, i was able to recover a Bricked state by that way
@Disharmony16 dont want to give you false hope but thats about the last step you can try. if its not Compatible the only saving grave would be over complicated requiring reverting Back to A9LH and using a much older build vers of Luma for apachethunder's cart launchers (was how i recovered from bricking my crappy R4i "Dual Core" 2016 cart), but honestly your better off getting a new cart rather than going thru all that complicated hoohaw if yoru carts Firmware flasher doesnt launch with TWLoader under the "Old Bootstrap" option (the one most compatible with Homebrew) and that depends if the 3DS is Detecting it but as an invalid cart (well i suppose if theres someone w/ the exact same cart might be able to use the flasher + thier dump to recover as well.)

Is the SD card formatted to FAT32 with 32kb cluster/allocation size?

Actually it looks like my SD card might be the issue, give me a bit to properly format it and I shall return with results

Properly formatted and Super Mario 64 DS works just fine. Pokemon SS still gives me a white screen no matter what I do
