Homebrew [HELP] 3DS OCDM: How do I download smmdb missing levels?

So I have seen some really good online levels of Super mario maker and I was wondering if I could play them through OCDM by downloading/installing them through any place other than smmdb(because some levels are not uploaded in this site) by their name or anything.. I really can't afford wii u with the smm version so helping me would really mean a lot.

Yes. A lot of people are asking and reporting problems in this thread. That's what it's for.
And for the Shovel Knight: I already anwsered you. I don't have anything to add to it. You should figure some things out by yourself and not wait for simple yes or no.
