how can i recover the corrupted files on my sd?
Unless you have a NAND backup from before you formatted your 3DS that you can restore, you can only restore your games by reinstalling them.

As for the SD corruption, that data is likely lost.

Well I have the nand from when i was first installing cfw

If your SD card is corrupted, there probably isn't much point in restoring the NAND, is there?
Hi... umm..
I know this may sound stupid
but
I deleted my FBI because I was scared of getting banned and I don't have FBI injected into my H&S app

If you're using B9S and Luma3DS 8.1, you can use Rosalina to load the 3dsx version of FBI and reinstall the FBI cia file.

how to access Rosalina though?
Are you using B9S and Luma3DS 8.1? They're required. If you are using Luma3DS 8.1, then you can follow these steps:
  1. Make sure you have this boot.3dsx on the root of your SD card
  2. Make sure you have FBI.3dsx in the 3ds folder on your SD card
  3. Launch the Download Play application
  4. Press (L) + (Down) + (Select) at the same time to open the Rosalina menu
  5. Select “Miscellaneous options”
  6. Select “Switch the hb. title to the current app.”
  7. Press (B) to continue
  8. Press (B) to return to the Rosalina main menu
  9. Press (B) to exit the Rosalina menu
  10. Press (Home), then close Download Play
  11. Launch the Download Play application
  12. Your device should load the Homebrew Launcher

I'm not sure if I have Luma3DS 8.1 to be honest.
I have B9S for sure, but as far as I remember I only downloaded the first version of Luma that came with B9S (I checked - It's probably v7.1). I know there was a Luma Updater included, but I deleted it as well xD

So I guess I can't launch Rosalina, or do I? Is there any other way to access FBI besides Rosalina?

You need to update B9S to 1.2 and Luma3DS to 8.1 to use Rosalina, which is your easiest option. Updating B9S to 1.2 is also required to receive updates to Luma3DS. Follow this guide to update B9S to 1.2 and Luma3DS to 8.1. After you're done, you can launch Rosalina.

how can i recover the corrupted files on my sd?
You can try recuva but you won't get every file, hell you might get no file at all. There was a better one but I don't remember the name and it was a paid one. Bottom line is that most likely everything is gone and you basically have to start over, still don't know why you decided to reformat, for future sake you should always have backups of both your sd card and system nand. I personally update my backups every 2 weeks, you can set your own schedule for backups.

It's possible to recover some files using recovery software, but it's not recommended. There is likely to be problems with the files that are recovered, and that's likely to cause more problems down the road if used. I recommend reformatting the SD card, running some tests on the SD card, and moving on.

I did mention a bottom line, that said I have recovered stuff without any problems but that was just music and photo files and they did ask if they could and technically they could so I was just answering the question.

Considering that SD cards are flash media it's highly improbable that he'd be able to recover anything, especially since it's corrupted.

Improbable, but possible. Also, highly unrecommended.

Hi it’s me again
And
I was trying to update my B9S but when I hold “Start” - Luma3DS chainloader doesn’t pop up
First, power off your 3DS. When you turn it on while holding Select, which version of Luma3DS is displayed at the top of the configuration settings? It could be that you were wrong about being on 7.1, and you might still be on A9LH. If you are on 7.1, it could be that you're loading it off of your CTRNAND and not your SD card.
