Hacking 2.1.0-4e Options

I've somehow come across a 3DS that must have been stored in a nuclear bunker. On a firmware this low I'm aware any browser hack is out of the equation. It I update to 11.4 then any hack is out of the equation without considerable effort.

Is there a game update or anything I can do with a DS flash cart that can mod it? The 3ds guide is blank on the 2.1.0 no browser section so I'm a little concerned!!

That specifically talks about using the browser. -4e wouldn't have a browser would it?

If the version is -0 then you do not have a browser, while any number above -0 indicates a browser is installed.

Oh dear I must have had a brainfart I thought a version below 7 meant no browser for some reason?? Ha ha...
