Hacking Luma 3Ds Chainloader not loading?

Hi! I have an Old 3Ds XL that I am trying to update from arm9loaderhax to boot9strap. I was starting section four; when I held the start button on boot, the system just loaded and not the chainloader. I am using the latest stable version of Luma. What should I do to get into GodMode9? Any help will be appreciated.

Do you have "godmode9.firm" in the /luma/payloads folder on your SD Card?
