Hacking Pokemon Sun - SD Card problem?

I am planning to buy a new 64gb sd card for my 2ds because after last night my pokemon sun download was 3.00 GB and now I do not have space. If I do buy one, will I have my game?

backup full sd card files/content, format new sd card to FAT32, place files onto new sd card from the old one

Yes, before doing so format the new card to FAT32

i have a hacked wii u and it is running mocha cfw. its sd card is 32 gb. Can I store its files into a folder and move the 3ds files in the sd card when i wanna use it for 3ds but when i wanna use the sd card for my wii u replace the 3ds files with the wii u ones?

You're better off just using separate SDs for both.
