Well, I own 2 New3DS, the XL was not banned, so I just took the easier route.

going to be careful but a friend just shared thiers as they have no plans to play online so, i just removed titles i suspected got me banned (my Custom SNES VCs)

So now on, Turn off spotpass, leave your 3ds for a month (if it's possible.) Then come back and check.

Well that is a lot of people! Is anyone one willing to donate a seed so method 3 will come back to life or donate a seed just to me( I only have 1 3ds so I actually cant do any of the methods on my guide)

Yes this works with the pokemon ban wave and the banwave that started yesterday called the cfw banwave.

I cant for the life of me get method 2 to work, I just did a system transfer, and i dumped the movable seed as well as local friends, used hxd just like it states, reupload the local friends thats modded, and inject it after with decrypt9. Boot it up, go to friends list and still banned. I was hoping to use method 3, but I cant, and I cant use 1. If anyone has an unbanned local friends thats pretty much all I would be able to do right now to unban. I have everything spotlight and eshop disabled now, and a new console id, all i would have is boot9strap with luma, and fbi installed.

Yep I ran out of unbanned seeds so method 3 is dead and my 3ds is banned

guys, I new, I bought a 2nd-hand N3DS, it already hacked, all I did all the time was just playing and downloading. so how could I know if the last owner already made system transfer or not ? and which method is the most easy for a newbie like me ?

Hopefully when someone donates a new seed, method 3 will be enabled. Did you check in a hex editor to make sure the modded local friend code seed_b is different than the unmoded?

The last thing you could try is to make a nand backup in decrypt 9 then restore the oldest backup you can then follow the guide.

Yep, did that too...It put me on 11.1 when i was on 11.4 Unlinked my nnid, so I now have access to that again, but even after doing that and changing the local friend still banned. Basically, I need to use method 3...which sucks.

I can extract the local seed from it? I don't have the console anymore.

Sorry but I have no Idea on how to help you further. You should just wait intill someone donates a seed or use method 1.
