What even? English is my first language, I'm just wondering what do you mean you have it? Do you have an exploit that lets you go from 11.4 OFW to 11.4 CFW? Do you have a 3DS on 11.4 with CFW? Or what?

It is an original 3DS system released in March 2011 which has arm9loader and Luma3DS installed with the firmware 11.4.0-37U. Unless you want pictures of my 3DS as evidence I'm just here to respond to OP's question. Have a good day.

Dude, OP obviously want to know if it is possible to install CFW on 11.4 OFFICIAL FW.
Otherwise he would have asked "Can I update my 3DS to 11.4 having a CFW?"

No. There isn't any entrypoints on 11.4.

I'm sorry if that's what the original question was. My understanding was the OP wanting to know if 11.4 is safe for CFW which it is.

Technically you can install cfw on latest firmware.
As installing cfw is just a matter of drag and dropping the arm9loaderhax.bin payload to the root of the SD card
So yes, you can install cfw on 11.4, it's just you won't be able to run it without the circumstances.
