I got a New 3DS XL. Btw, is it possible to get CFW installed via HBL on 11.4 (N3DSXL) after having been doodlebombed? And as I am on N3DSXL 11.4, how can I send doodlebombs to others, I would like to help out as well!

Not sure if anyone answered you already. Haven't been keeping up with this thread. You can't get CFW on 11.4 right now. It might be possible when 11.5/12.0 drops. My suggestion would be not to update when a new firmware drops and see if CFW is doable. You should be able to get it when SigHax drops, but from what I understand, you'll need a hardmod. You could always get a New N3DS. They aren't shipping with 11.4 yet.

O3DS you install soundhax and download the doodlebomb install.3dsx and run it on the homebrew menu. For 11.4 (like me) You have to get specific files into a new file called doodlebomb on the root of the system. Here's a video that goes into detail.

I meant, how would I send the letter to people? (I already have 11.3 with Luma3DS) but I want to help other 3DS users get Homebrew

Make a new note, run the doodlebomb installer and choose your region. That latest note will turn into the doodlebomb note. (Could you send me the note FC:0018-5383-9702)
