Need a detailed guide on installing Decrypt9 .. just need it for freeshop "thats easy since its a cia" and info and what the hell these "keys" are.. and if its complex

Also need info on Getting DS games in .CIA or the 3ds homescreen, I can find Injectors for everything but Ds games... or if i don't need to make it a cia how do i get the files into my homescreen like cia files

Also need info on making .3dsx games into .Trim Cia files ... I can make them into cia files but they are not trimmed, while if i use my Sky3ds+ i can turn them into trim files and there a lot smaller then placing the .3dsx file onto my sd card and converting it with godmode9

First of all you need custom firmware to do any of this. Follow this guide and this alone for that: 3ds.guide (DO NOT USE A VIDEO GUIDE, THEY GET OUTDATED VERY QUICKLY)
And make certain you BACK UP your NAND when it says to, and follow instructions EXACTLY and you should be fine.

1) You don't need decrypt9 to install the Freeshop .cia, you need FBI.
https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-fbi-open-source-cia-installer.386433/

2) The keys can be found by literally googling "that 3ds key site", you need enctitlekeys.bin from there for Freeshop to work properly.

3) DS games cannot be injected into .cia, the only way to play them is with the cartridge, a flash cartridge, or with TWLoader + nds-bootstrap (limited compatibility)
https://gbatemp.net/threads/twloader-ctr-mode-nds-app.448375/

4) .3dsx applications need to be specifically compiled as a .cia to work properly, you can't just change the extension to .cia and have it installable and work.

Decrypt9 is only needed if you want to use your own title keys with freeShop. Just use that title keys site.

And yes you have to pay for a DS flashcard.

1) Yes you need decrypt9 a if you'd only like to dump YOUR keys. But dumping and using only your keys means you can only download apps whose ticket is already on your device. (And sometimes people ask these questions without cfw, I just wanted to be certain)

3) If you're willing to wait TWLoader might get better in the future, some games are fully playable now. But at the moment the r4i gold 3ds rts is your best option.

4) Ah my bad, in that case I'm not so sure on that one.

So i do have my own games "mario cart 7, MU4 and Zelda" and i've converted them to Trim Cia and i can play them ... why would i need to dump the keys for freeshop? is it for online play? or to get updates for them?

If you buy a game from the eShop that isn't in the database, you can dump the ticket with Decrypt9 and upload it to allow everyone else to download it. Also, if you are not a pirate, then it allows you to download your own bought games without needing access to the eShop (so if you get banned for example).
Note that tickets are only useful for games bought from the eShop, cartridges converted to cia are useless for tickets. Tickets gotten from them do not allow downloads from Nintendo's servers.

You're in luck! They're compatible with TWLoader, as they work from the SD card!

4: duh - yes it is; .3dsx is for homebrew apps - roms are .3ds and when converted to .cia they should be automatically 'trimmed' there shouldn't be any 00'd space in cias afaik.
[Decrypt9 should do it]

Seems you where correct, It auto trims it down to a good size.. it just doesn't say that it will trim it haha..thats more of a godmode9 fault, You're the first person to tell me that haha.

Yea if you think of it in terms of ROMs being full dd copies of a memory chip [64MB/128MB/256MB/1024MB/2048MB etc.] - and cias being the minimum required as they just get installed to a folder - it makes sense that gm9/d9wip auto-ignores the trailing white-space when converting to cia
