Gaming Can Pokémon still learn moves after using evolution stone (except eeveelution)

I know in old game like nds ones and older they couldn't
but can they now on 3ds version? I never tryed and i dont want to "lose" all the training i made on my pikachu (who once as a pichu)

Actually, Raichu can't... It can only learn Psychic as soon as it evolves (regardless of level)
It depends on the pokemon
Yea ofc level 100 cant
but im now on level 21, so if i make him evolve soon, he will still learn moves
right?
Check where it says moves learned by level up.

Serebii is a good place to check for these questions. It wouldn't learn any moves by level up if you used a stone on it, aside from Psychic when it evolves (assuming this is Alolan Raichu). Source: http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-sm/026.shtml
