Yes you need to remove the plugin if you have one.

Yes, take the Gecko class from my github and put it in your project (c# however).

this doesn't work at all with Pokémon Moon USA on N3DS even when I send the code to disable NFC so debuggers don't disconnect. it connects but as soon as I load the game from the save file a red screen flashes and it disconnects.

I didn't tried with this app, but with my NTRGeckoCheats it works fine with Sun.

Just put 10 in "Value" textbox, because 16 in dec = 10 in hex

It happens sometime.

It's an issue with tcpGeckoDotNet, not ntr.bin. It tries to access an invalid zone.

I think @Mega-Mew was working on this.

It probably does but it's by system limitation, not because I wanted to block the online.
