Hacking game dumping for citra and decTitleKeys.bin

so i have two questions 1. i was advised to upload my decrypted title keys to the title keys site. as i buy a bunch of games. and 2. how to dump cxi in a format runnable by citra (most the dumps ive done have been unsuccesful)

Use Braindump. It automatically dumps the game to .cxi

but many times it doesnt dump the entire game :/ im worried for the parts that dont dump and wish to backup my whole collection but i guess thats a choice

i have decrypt9 thank you for the links i did it awhile ago but forgot how thank you for this
