Hacking ntr debugger o3ds 11.3

so i am on 11.3 and i am trying to use ntr debugger on mode-3 and it says:

It won't work in high memory mode since the console reboots (and gets rid of the program) to boot mode3

I'm unsure if it fits into 300kb...
If it does then you could make a plg for it...
Or try to make the .cia in high memory mode
