Hacking 3ds touchscreen emulation, willing to pay (small amount) for help.

Is their any option to emulate the 3ds's touch screen, any, i'm literally fine with anything, NTR or whatever, I just need to emulate the screen of it and be able to control it with anything besides my hands on the actual screen. If there's any programs, please, please, tell me if they exist.
 
Sadly I don't have an answer but mind if I ask why?
Nintendo won't manually transfer my NNID from a 3ds with a broken touch screen, so I have to manually do it. And i'm attempting to do it with touch screen input redirection, since system transfer requires a working touch screen.

Ah interesting. Weird Nintendo won't cooperate. Well best of luck!

Yeah, if anyone has a solution that works in the system settings app or cardboard, i'll pay like a dollar or two for it.
That will happen very unlikely, as launching (unsure)/exiting settings triggers a reset and we've no means of launching anything from settings...
