Through the base game, or custom DLC?
For adding a new chapter to the base game, you have to add a new chapter entry to the chapter table in GameData.bin. To do this, you need to move the table to a location with space for more entries (you could borrow the file from this hack if you want one with space) and add in your new chapter entry from there. Afterwards, I copy the map/script files from whatever map I'm using as a base and rename them all to the CID that I gave the new chapter entry. Beyond that, the process varies depending on what changes I need to make to the map. For the existing paralogues in this hack, all I really needed to do was modify the dispo files to spawn in the recruitable character and adjust the scripts to add that character to your army.
You also need to edit the text for the map obviously, though I don't have any sort of set process I use for doing that.

I have experience as I helped work on the Gay Fates hack a while and would love to assist you on this!(I currently can't supply proof as I'm on my work PC which blocks most sites, so if you just search her name along with mine,thebasicdubs, you should see my work with her)
No need for proof - if you have any supports that you want to submit, feel free. I've had a couple of submissions for different supports, but I'm leaving everything open for the moment.
Sorry about not posting any updates. For the past month I've been busy dealing with school lately, so I haven't had much time to work on the hack. I should have some more time over the next two weeks, so I'm going to try and push out Zola's paralogue during that time.
If someone wanted to submit an idea for a paralogue, would it be better to submit it on this thread or through PM?

I have a few suggestions, but I only have the general idea of these suggestions in mind.
One idea I had was the C support between Xander and Nichol, where Xander questions Nichol why he got mixed up with a bunch of Ruffians, and Nichol explains that Xander arrested his commanding officer, which caused his squad (or battalion? what would be the medieval equivalent be?) to disband, leaving him with nowhere to go. I know this is a bit of a creative liberty, but I was thinking that Nichol's former commanding officer could be Hans. I was thinking that it'd be similar to Henry's relationship with Mustafa before he died in Awakening, and I think it'd be neat to tie Hans into Nichol's backstory.
Another idea I had was a Kotaro paralogue, where you find Kotaro talking to some villagers who are freaking out because a group of Faceless are approaching their village, and Kotaro says that he'll take care of the Faceless, and goes to take care of them, thinking to himself that once he takes care of the Faceless, he'll exploit that village later. And during the chapter, you have the Avatar talk to and recruit him, and then, once the battle is over, he decides to stick with the Avatar's army, and then thinks to himself that, since he didn't exploit that village, he felt something, and that it felt good. It's only a basic idea of the paralogue, and I'm very tired. I did however think of something cool, if you have Saizo talk to Kotaro, Kotaro would become an enemy, and you wouldn't be able to recruit him. Or maybe you can still recruit him, but it has different dialogue.
I think Kotaro's personal skill would either be Shuriken Mastery or Grisly Wound, and I think his secondary class set would either be Spear Fighter or Oni Savage. And it would be a crime if he couldn't support with Saizo, I can see his supports being similar to Matthew and Jaffar's from Blazing Sword.
I probably overloaded you with these suggestions. XD

The idea souns nice - I'll consider implementing them in the future when I get back to working on paralogues.

So I installed gay fates first. It works. Disappointed though as almost all the new supports are not conversations they just give you the support rank.
Anyway, I put in this hack after and I go to the maps list and I don't see the paraLogue come up.
Did I do something wrong, are there certain requirements for this map to show up?

They're not DLCs, they're actual paralogues with requirements, to unlock Nichol's paralogue you need to beat Sophie's paralogue, and in order to unlock Haitaka's paralogue, I think you have to beat Chapter 11.
I didnt mean dragon's gate. Just the current maps list.

Hey, I don't know if this project is still active, but im running into a problem. I'm unable to use RainThunder's fefates-tools-master to work with the gamedata.bin file that's in your patch, (I've editted the GayFatesHack gamedata.bin to give the amiibo personal skills) but now this isn't working anymore.
Any solution for this? I'd like to give them back their skills. But I cannot achieve this with Nightmare2 + fefates-tools-master.
Also: Does this patch work for the EUR version? Or do I need to rename @E to @U?

This hack isn't really active anymore unfortunately. I would like to build another hack with custom paralogues at some point. But if I go through with it, I'll likely build everything from scratch.
When I made this hack, I used some kind of convoluted methods to edit the chapter/character tables. Specifically, I moved both tables to new offsets. Nightmare modules use hardcoded offsets, so the RainThunder's fefates-tools won't work unless you edit the modules to read from the new table offsets.
You'll need to rename @E to @U for the European version.
