I been trying to get it to work but for some reason HANS isn't working

Try updating HANS? (and download the latest boot.3dsx just in case)

You don't need a physical copy of the game, just install the .cia (link in the description of the video in the OP) and then you are good to go, easy peasy

you can also use HANS (and maybe even OnionFS [NTR plugin])

I was busy recently and for some reasons gbatemp removed the follow on this thread,i just played the first 3 stages, there are some gitches but overall is really nice guys, the difficulty too is good, not easy but not impossible to beat.
The dlc ninty never made
