So I recently switched from rxtools 10.3 to Luma 11.2, mainly to play Pokemon Moon. But now when I want to access the eshop or miiplaza, it's giving me an error code 022-2634. I attempted a little research, and it seems to be because the online doesn't like my NNID or something? I have no idea how to unlink it. Someone on the 3dshacking discord said to inject a blank nnid, but would give no other instructions on how to go about that.

Anyone have any advice?

It sounds like you unlinked your emuNAND and sysNAND at some point, which made Nintendo's servers believe your NAND was unlinked from your system. There are several ways to fix this. Pick one:
  • Inject a blank NNID file using decrypt9, and then login with your NNID
  • Format whichever NAND has the error, and then login with your NNID
  • Backup whichever NAND has the error, format that NAND, login with your NNID, and then restore your NAND backup.
Out of curiosity, are you using emuNAND or sysNAND? Do you have A9LH installed?

Then you should be able to fix the error using one of the three methods.
  • Inject a blank NNID file using Decrypt9, and then login with your NNID
  • Format your system if there's nothing on it you care about, and then login with your NNID
  • Backup your sysNAND using Decrypt9, format your system, login with your NNID, and then restore your sysNAND backup.

Where do you get a blank NNID file?

If you were on an emunand then you may need to follow the guide to merge your emunand into sysnand. That's what I had to do when I moved from running emunand with menuhax to a9lh. The guide 3ds.guide links to it when you go to restore your nandmin.bin

I did that. I was able to keep all my save games and current installed games that way.

Sorry to bother once again, but a friend was saying something along the lines that injecting a new nnid file will kill my current saves. Doesn't sound true, but I'd like a confirmation, if possible.
No, your save files should not be affected. You're basically just removing your NNID and then logging back into it so Nintendo's servers know that your NNID is associated with that console. If you want to be safe, make a sysNAND backup beforehand. In the highly unlikely event that something goes wrong, you can just restore the backup and be back where you are now.
