I'm an ethical pirate, i'll hack it to play pirated software first and if i spend more than 20 hours in the main story of a game, i'll buy it in the eshop and then delete it from storage.

Just hearing that makes me want to pirate.

Also the choice to softmod you assume is only for pirating and nothing else. So I guess I'm not allowed to use homebrew unless I intend to steal.
