So I followed Plailects guide to installing CFW on my N3DS(XL). When I got to
Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax where i have to go to ''http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin'' my DS freezes and I can't do anything. I already tried clearing all browser data, tethering my phone, inserting the SD after i booted up my DS and opened the browser and reinstalling the required files to my SD.Now I'm kinda stuck on version 2.1... Can anyone tell me which exact files need to be on my SD or does anyone know a solution?
Thanks in advance,
Johan!

PS: On the screenshot you can see which files are on my SD, except for the soundax.m4a file and the Themes folder from the starterkit which didn't fit on the screenshot.

when you say it freezes, do you mean theres an empty browser on the top screen and black and some other messy stuff on the bottom?
if you, when you come to that point, press select, wait a minute then press any other button. if nothing happens, hold the powerbutton to shut down, check the files9 folder if otp.bin has been created

It took my about 15 tries last night before it finally showed up. I couldn't even hit select and follow the guide like it said. I just kept shutting it off and then turning it back on and trying again.

Looks like this, this is not my picture but it looks exactly like this.

have you tried hitting select, waiting a minute and then checking if otp.bin has been created?

if its still not working, go back to the guide to the what you need part and recheck if all the files are there (at one point, you're meant to overwrite a file, i think its written in bold letters, make sure that happened). i mean, from the screenshot, it looks like its all there, but maybe its the overwrite file thats missing.

Yup, that's what mine looked like as well, even sometimes going to two black screens.
Thanks dude, i'll just leave my DS in this screen for some time while i play something else. Maybe it'll load.Btw. when booting up the 3DS it's normal that the 3DS says ''Cannot display software on SD Card. The SD Card could not be accessed.''right?

Boot up the console without the sd card in, once you reach home menu, put it back in and go to the web address again

That I am not sure, I didn't encounter that. Perhaps someone else has seen that. Sorry.

does it say that every single time?
because if so, of course this isn't going to work, since you need sd access.

remove the sd card, without spitting, blow into the sd slot then but it back in. repeat until its working without that message

My SD's format was ExFat I'll change it to MS-DOS Fat now, maybe that's the trick.
