So I have two NNIDS with Legends of Exidia on both.
WoodenPencil1997
And
purplemonkeybill
My N3DSXL Gold Trifoce edition serial number is tied to both NNIDS and I can't put purplemonkeybill back on the O3DSXL (with a9lh and luma3ds, same for my N3DSXL Gold Triforce edition)
I called Nintendo for a Data Transfer for purplemonkeybill to be put back on my 03DSXL (where if was first originally made on) but Raphael from Nintendo said purplemonkeybill is merged with WoodenPencil1997 and he can't do any transfers. I am trying to get a basic black N3DSXL to get Luma and a9lh installed but there is no way since my purchases are supposedly merged to WoodenPencil1997 so technically I kinda now have two different licenses for Legends of Exidia on WoodenPencil1997's account one license being for purplemonkeybill's account and WoodenPencil1997's account.
But now my only choice is to make a new NNID and buy Legends of Exidia again, right? No. Not since it's been pulled.
The specs I have for all 3DSes are:
N3DSXL Golden Triforce edition: Luma and a9lh on Sys 11.2.0-35U
N3DSXL basic black colour: 11.2.0-35U stock
O3DSXL luma3ds and a9lh on Sys 11.2.0-35U
I can't find Legends of Exidia or the other DSiWare mention in the guide anywhere on the eShop or physical copy.
What do I do now?
I don't want to transfer WoodenPencil1997 that's on the golden triforce N3DSXL to the basic black N3DSXL because WoodenPencil1997 has a lot of money spent on it and I can't do another data transfer until April of 2018.
Thanks for any help! Your helpful comments will be appreciated
EDIT: I am not comfortable with hard-modding

If your O3DSXL doesn't have an NNID that you want to keep on it, you can just use it. Legends of Exidia is not required for the system transfer method of downgrading anymore. See: https://3ds.guide/dsiware-downgrade-(app-injection-and-second-3ds) for the method, and here's the list of games that can be used: https://3ds.guide/dsiware-list
Yes, but when I turned it on I didn't realize I had to go through initial steps like when you take it out of the box the first time. I did the transfer from purplemonkeybill to my gold N3DSXL to get Luma and a9lh installed. Nintendo said that purplemonkeybill is an inactive account. But I have tried several times and the NNID settings keeps saying that purplemonkeybill is linked to another system with is my N3DSXL Gold Triforce edition. The only apps I have on my O3DSXL is just the hombrew loader

And I don't want to spend money on a DSiWare game unless it's 10 or 15 or whatever. Under 20

Make a new NNID, buy a DSiware on that list, follow the guide.

Since you're in Canada, you are using US region 3DSes I assume, meaning there are several $2 USD options for DSiWare. Europe has some at 5 Euros, Japanese has one at 500 yen and a few more at 800 yen.

No. The original 4 games that were exploited were pulled. The new method uses games that are still on the eShop.

https://3ds.guide/dsiware-downgrade-(app-injection-and-second-3ds)
Is this the suduko game? Only one that's exploitable for the USA region and the only one I could find on the eShop.

Why are you obsessed with buying the Sudoku game? It might be called sudokuhax, but as the page states, ALL games on the list work. Just download ANY of those games. I really doubt ALL of those games are pulled on your region.

This is what I found by QR Code Scanning. Does Canada's Eshop not the same as USA?

I got it by scanning the QR code, but when I switch the saves, I always get save is corrupted or something all the time. I have the right save from the 3ds-dsiware-(SOMETHING, forgot the rest of the name) folder matching the folder number with the SUDOKU number on this list

The one on the list
Legends of Exidia is pulled. Sudoku isn't, and it's cost-friendly

Since I never use this method to downgrade (My N3DS has Legends of Exidia on it). So, I can't help you with this problem.
Just come here to said that SUDOKU DSi still exist on eShop USA.

You're not answering my question. Why are you obsessed with Sudoku? The list posted has countless games. This is for DSiWare Transfer exploit is it not? The list has NINE titles at $1,99 and over 20+ titles at $4,99. The DSiWare Transfer downgrade exploit is usable with ALL of those titles, and ALL of them use Sudokuhax. I used my sudokuhax with Jagged Alliance.

If you got a game now though then this is irrelevant, but yeah you're not limited to just Sudoku. As for your problem; idk. Might want to make a new thread about that.

You need to actually follow the proper guide for what you are doing. https://3ds.guide/dsiware-downgrade-(app-injection-and-second-3ds)

SUDOKU off the eShop is not itself vulnerable to sudokuhax - it's long since been patched. You have to modify both the .app and the .sav using GodMode9 to inject a vulnerable version of it. Just using a sudokuhax save by itself is not enough.
