I don't have any access to a second 3DS to do the System Transfer Method. All my friends 3DS Systems are updated on 11.2. Woo hoo
I just got Lucky I will get a 3DS (I hope it's an old) to install ARM9loaderhax that has never been updated so I will use it for system transfer downgrade on the O3ds for my GF.
