So I was reading this

http://wololo.net/2016/12/06/nintendo-bug-bounty-meaning-3ds-users/

And noticed in an interview with smealum the following part

"The main thing at this stage is keeping the latest version exploitable so that people can still run homebrew (or, for a lot of people, pirate) on the console they get for Christmas. The upcoming CCC talk will certainly help drive that point home."

So I think we'll probably see easy downgrades without second 3ds or hardmod very soon.

It's not that I care at all, I have had A9LH for ages. It just sounds like there's something new or noteworthy coming. Probably not as big as the downgrades last year or A9LH for that matter, but still.

And then at the conference they say: "Slowhax does not exist, it's a product of your imagination"
That will never happen. Their are proof and documented info on slowhax. Hell even the holy bible mentions it.
If you are on 11.0.0 or 11.1.0, do NOT update to 11.2.0. A new update will be coming soon that allows for DSiWare NFIRM Downgrading without a second 3DS or hardmod for versions under 11.2.0.

Slowhax exists, but it isn't released yet. There are many implementations of slowhax available everywhere like:REMOVED FOR SPOILING WORK but the author still believes that it may not work, and I would confirm this if my brother didn't update to 11.2...

EDIT: This is actually veryslowpidhax, which is different from slowhax. Please don't try because it is untested(nobody would spend 2 weeks of his life just testing an exploit).

So I fucked up by NOT buying the Black Friday new 3ds? Fucking rip I'll just stick to my old ass 2ds
I know I could've done the transfer thing but I couldn't be bothered to research how to do it, and I didn't know what it would affect

BTW, if/when slowhax comes, can I use the arm 11 exploit with Legends of Exidia in any 11.0-11.1 system?

is there a downgrade that has nothing to do with a dsiware title/twlnand? my n3ds can't boot dsiware titles/ds titles because of not having a twlnand

Wat. How does it not have one? Is it a defect?

And the only other ways are either hardmod or that someone implements "Race Condition" (but there is no info about anyone working on that, and 11.2 makes this undoable by double checking that race condition)

long story pal... and its not a defect... I took it out for nitrohax twlnand before I was stupid enough to update my sysnand when i was supposed to make sure my emunand was on the latest update for a9lh (before otpless a9lh was a thing) that's why I shouldn't multitask while placing hax on my n3ds.. :p

Let me see if i understand, you took out the PHYSICAL TWLNAND out of the 3ds, updated it, and forgot to put it back in the motherboard?

How else can you damage it like that? Recovering with a nandmin.bin is not enough? O.o
