Homebrew Extract Seed, Titlekey from a game??

i noticed the newest harvest moon game doesnt appear in freeshop, afiak neither in 3dstitlekey site
i was wondering,
how can i help to put this game in this list?
i mean, how can i extract the files?
its only possible with legitime bought games from eshop or with a cia i can it too?

i do have acess to decrypt9 and a9lh if helps

dump the decTitleKeys.bin via decrypt9 and upload it to that title key site. but you had to have bought it legit from eshop

it doesn't have a legit title key. using it to download from eshop would download garbage.
