Gaming Pokémon Sun safe tomorrow EUR?

Hello all,

I got banned (both bans, first time ever) on my N3DS (A9LH) for playing Pokémon Moon prior to release, but I got an O3DS lying around with Luma (9.2) + Homemenuhax + emuNAND (11.2) + Send Data Off.

I don't want to install A9LH on that 3DS, since it needs to be kept safe for my younger siblings (and sysnand doesn't have WIFI on so...).

I get Sun tomorrow (already sent to me). Now I ask: is it safe to run Sun tomorrow online on the O3DS (legit cart, on emuNAND)?

The date is set to today by the way, and send data is off, as I said, I also can clear the log, if needed.

No, I wouldn't either, also should I get Pokebank again or not? I want to be able to transfer legitly.

Pokebank won't support sun/moon till January so... I would buy it around then

I'm pretty shure someone will tell you to switch to a9lh anyways after beating sun or moon.....But yes it will be safe once your eshop says its available for purchase on the 23rd and emunand is ok running luma.

Do you think the first leaked .cia (version 0 I think) will look like a regular game tomorrow? Or will I prob get banned for using it? No idea what the version codes mean, but if it's easy to see that it's a fake I guess I will have to download another version and get the save over somehow.

Is there an update on this? Is the freeshop version the safest one to use?
