I've been playing a lot of Twilight Princess HD and Darksiders II and I've noticed that clicking the L Stick button causes my character to move backwards.

I can't figure out if this is an intentional feature with the two games, or if something is wrong with my GamePad. Any ideas?

Try to restore pads positions in home menu clik - and + at the same time (i dont remember exacty ) if not you have to change your dpad they are not expensive and pretty easy to change

I have tried that, but the behavior persists.

It's not a big deal since the two games very rarely if at all need to have the L Stick clicked, but it was still a bit odd to me.

Try this:
Press HOME Button
Press X+Y+A+B and wait
Put "Revert to defaults"
Test it

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Have you use it a lot? maybe the stick is damaged...
If the calibration can't solve this, maybe you need to open it and check it :/
EDIT: i know maybe this happend whe the console is turning ON and you move the sticks like crazy.

Didn't change anything, though I don't see why it would have considering that's for the motion controls.

I really don't see how they could have become damaged though. I bought this GamePad new in box after I accidentally broke my last one dropping it on my hardwood floor, and since then I have taken the utmost care of this one. I never go crazy with the sticks for any reason.

Maybe it is an intended behavior in the two games, but I can't find anything in the game manuals about that so I'm still not sure.

Hi, try to dissarm the gamepad and take the stick out. I used a Contact Cleaner spray over chip and every contact inside the stick. Try to move the stick on every posible corner until it evaporate and let the Contact Cleaner make his work. After the Contact cleaner evaporates, rearm and test the stick.

(sorry about my english)
