I just downloaded Moon from the Freeshop, and in FBI the version is 16. Is this right?

From what I've been hearing, Moon is .16 and Sun is .32 mate.

From my chat with Ninendo, it sounds like there are tons of people having the same issue, so i'd wager at least some of them are innocent people caught in the crossfire. They said they'd contact me after a review, so I should be able to get it back since I used a legit copy.

Is it safe to import the save from leaked version to a retail cart if we got banned? I want to keep my sun save and play it on my non-hacked 3ds, but if there is a chance of that 3ds getting banned from wifi, I can't really do that since it isn't hacked at all.

Called Nintendo i was brought to a specialist because they knew my account was banned. He told me that i tried to access a game of some sort which was SuMo thus not allowing me to lift unlink or system format to remove it etc...
I wanted to try and call if they can system transfer my 2ds and unlink my account but to no avail.

It is hard since the only working method requires access to not only another cfw enabled 3ds but ones that's unbanned as well. Not many people have a 2nd 3ds. Let alone a 2nd one that was also cfw enabled and DIDN'T play Pokémon Sun/Moon lol.
