Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Will Ninty unlink a NNID that's still linked to a banned console though? If they do that's awesome but isn't that essentially the same as giving a free pass on the console ban entirely, along with all their purchases back.

Well, that's a point I don't know much about to judge. But it's possible, I mean, you have all that stuff bought there, why shouldn't they unlink you from your banned console? Otherwise, they must refund you for everything that's on the NNID.

we can bypass the ban to use online services.

We just can't use eshop.

Ok so I got banned but I have an extra 3DS with CFW so I already can unban myself. The question is since all the games have the same titleid and it's been legitimately released in some countries is it safe to go online now or do I risk getting banned again?

Looks like the game carts are version 0 also, if that wasn't already said.

So does this definitely confirm that even those with legit cards are now permabanned? People could make the claim that they bought the game and got it early and was permabanned for it. Nintendo may fold after that card is played enough.

Well I agree, it just seems like a pointless thing to ban an NNID at all then Lol. If you can just transfer it to another DS and continue on like nothing happened. Glad they will though, I don't think people deserve to lose XX amount of money in legal purchases or 2000 Pokemon XD

to be specific,
if the seed isn't out for your country code, don't go online.

right now it's only out for JP and AU.
EU and US don't have the seed on their country code (though the seed itself will be the same)

Of course, I don't know what CFW he used but you must setup everything new from the beginng with the plailect guide.
