From what people have told me in this post, if you have the leaked .cia the best option is to backup your save file, delete the leaked .cia and install a new one with the dump from the original copies.

So just wait till Friday and download a new .cia. Install that and restore your save.
Would you suggest backing up the save file with settings app or some third party tool?

Somewhat off topic, if you install a backup you made of sun with your info on, with the same gender you choose on the "fresh" save, does the skin tone change it if its different from the backed up save? No corruptions or anything? I'd test but already uninstalled :v if someone could confirm that'd be great~

Well, the new save that you make has nothing to do with the old one. So restoring an old save would completely delete the new one, therfore you would have the exact same things you have in your backup.

i just came to notice, i can still acces the eshop i only have 002-0102 on my emunand i am not banned on my sysnand seems intresting.....

So there IS going to be a second wave? Fuck me
kys, I'm legit fearing for my 3 thousand plus hours of gameplay on my 2ds.

No one knows, just do what people have advised.. for now, if that does happen having no traces of the games on your system is the best way to currently avoid any further repercussions

Purely speculation right now. I still don't think there's been any confirmation (or denial, for that matter) on whether more bans have happened since the initial chunk.

There's been no communication from Nintendo on this matter outside of the one statement from a representative, which simply stated that those who accessed the internet features have been banned.
And yet here some of us sit, unscathed...

Im interested in the tickets thing. Its recommended to delete a ticket if i have the leaked .cia?

Better safe than sorry. At this point, the release is so close that if you haven't been affected yet, it's probably best to wipe all traces of the game from your system. You can always get a new ticket later on.
