Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Also it's not illegal to sell games before release date, once they are shipped and programmed into the POS they can legally be sold. They can't be sold under the table I guess, but if the UPC was scanned and you paid, and used your new game online then got banned? No, that's not ok and I'm pretty sure it's at least immoral and probably liable to "damages" but I don't think it's illegal regarding ToS unless you REALLY didn't know about the release date. (Nothing in the ToS explicitly states owning games before release is prohibited). It was a necessary but irrational move by Nintendo in my opinion, especially since those with legit carts will be stuck with the burden of proof as well. Nintendo aren't really wrong to protect their property but they ARE wrong to do it so candidly while potentially hurting legal users. Everyone remembers that 4.0 Wiibrick update right? Nintendo caught a hell storm for that and lost thousands in free repairs/replacements.

The only time I tried only was this monday.

I was going to try yesterday, but for some reason didn't felt quite right.
Maybe Ninty is banning people from now on until release date?

Everyone's panicking, including me.

I have a friendcodeseed ready to use but I don't want to if the bans are temporary, and we'll only know in 15 days, so I'll keep in this state of panic and unease for 15 whole days, while my plans of playing gen 7 go down the drain AND I have the very real but risky key to play it myself (the seed method), but won't use it because it's riskier than waiting.

Truly hell.

So basiclly, all the .CIA game we have downloaded and played before 18th cant go online even after Nintendo has realease the official game , we have to unistall them, keep the save , then wait for another CIA after 18th?
Do i need to delete secure value for the save to install to the new legit Online-able without getting baneed CIA that will be realease in the future?

Remove the ticket plus game save your main too jksm wait it out

So I wonder what's gonna happen when the now banned systems change hands? Like if I call nintendo up in a week and say I bought a system at a pawn shop and I can't connect to the eshop are they just going to say I'm SOL? Also what about people who got banned that were using false console ID's? Did a bunch of random people get banned because others were using their CID?

Really feels like Nintedo never thought this through. At worst its an inconvenience to pirates and it totally screws second-hand buyers and people without CFW's who got caught in the ban wave from playing a legit cart.

People who had legit carts also have a 15 day ban they have been told so already

Same here , this is the 6th time i check and do the test of seeing on YT, MK7 and EShop if im banned

Been plays for weeks, never go online, but im just so confuse if i can go online with this current CIA after 18th November or not.
Guess the best way to confirm all of these are wait till after 18th, if after that, people with the =current Sun Moon CIA games reporting that they are still get banned, then i guess we have to unistall them.

BTW just in case we need to unistall the current CIA, do i need to delete secure value of the old save from pkm Moon (.CIA) to import them to the new legit /online-able pkm Moon CIA in the future? Or this only needed when you import a save from .3ds to .CIA ?

Oh, just for the record my NNID also got perm banned, I can't access it even from my PC. It might possibly be related to the fact that I was doing a lot of the experimentation that resulted in our current method, hard to say for sure though.
