Homebrew In need of help

I'll try to make this as clear as possible. On the Homebrew Launcher when I go to my save manager and try to start it up my bottom screen freezes up when it gets to yellow. The game I'm trying to load up is Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. I'm not sure what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated.

When you say "Bank won't start up correctly", what exactly do you mean?
