Hacking Can't play DSiWare on my 3DS?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section!

As the title says, I don't know why it won't work. When I launch a DSiWare I'm greeted with a black screen and the background music from the home menu. I have to hard reset to get away from it. I have an O3DS with Luma3DS and A9LH running on the latest firmware. So what's wrong? Thanks in advance.

There should be no chance at all, as the HOME Menu files aren't touched.
