Hacking Use AR codes with DS Forwarders

I'm using the DS Forwarder method to my TTDS to run my DS games, and yet I have no idea how to use Action Replay codes with it, if it's possible. There's only one code I want to have (I'm not big on cheating) and it's for Pokemon Heart Gold, the code randomizes the wild encounters I found. I will be using a randomizer to also change the Trainer's Pokemon, but in past experience, for wild pokemon, I found the AR code is better because it will spawn any of the 493 pokemon, instead of certain random pokemon on each route etc.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Okay I think I know why the code won't add, it's for Pokemon Heart Gold with a different ID to my ROM of it? Honestly I just want to add one code and I don't know why it won't let me. >.<

It works on DesMume emulator so I know the code works, but it won't let me add it from clipboard/text file. Is there any way around this or am I out of luck. ;~;
