Not been on get for a while so I'm a bit out of touch but what's the best cartridge for playing 3Ds game backed up 3DS ROMs? Thanks in advance guys

sky3ds: Easy to use, Works on latest fw.
But the best option is to see if you 3DS is exploitable and install Custom Firmware on it to install backups directly on the console.

Edit: ALso to go online with SKY you need to dump a private header from a 3ds cartbridge or you will get banned (if you have CFW you can go online without doing this)

How do I remove emuNAND from my card?

A9LH lets your console behave like a stock console only with brick protection and being able to install anything you want on it. If you don't want to use your Gateway card anymore it is definitely worth while. If you want to keep using it, is a little fiddly to get it working with a9lh, and Gateway does not have firm protection so if you accidentally update on sysNAND you could brick (so you'd be better off keeping emuNAND - being able to ditch emuNAND and update sysNAND is one of the benefits of a9lh).
So up to you. If you don't enjoy messing about and hacking stuff you may prefer to keep using Gateway like you currently are.

im on it now, Ive not messed around with a nintendo since i softmodded my wii a few years ago for my kids. Im tempted to buy a wiiu tbh. No games really worth playing on it until the new LOZ comes out.

Yep any installed game can be played online with no problem. It's only flashcarts that have issues.

If you want to flash the emuNAND to sysNAND, follow the "Move emuNAND" section near the end of Plailect's guide. If you don't want it, then still follow it but don't flash the backup to sysNAND.

Yes you can.
When you get the new Card:
1)Boot console with old SD
2)Unplug SD
3)Pass data to new SD
4)Plug new SD

I need help getting JP keyboard support on my 3ds. I've looked up some stuff and a lot of what I found keeps saying you need a EU 3DS? Also someone told me they have a "Frankenstein'd EN/JP Keyboard" installed via CIA but didn't tell me where to download it. No idea on their region, but mine is US and I hope there's a way to do this easily.

I'm haven't touched my 3ds in awhile, how do I safely update from 10.7.0-32 a9lh & Luma3DS(v5.4)? Or is there a new custom firmware out that is superior to it?

And what is the status of NTR firmware? Does is work on the latest update?

DSiWareHax + another hacked 3DS are the only way unless you do a hardmod. The more expensive option but that will give you the best stream quality would be a capture card.
