Hacking Downgrade Question

Hello, i have Nintendo 3DS (Already Homebrew Exploited Ninjhax) and SKY3DS+. Firmware 11.1.0-34E can i downgrade it to 9.2? using homebrew? i need to install A9LH, LumaCFW. Emunand. it is possible to downgrade it using SYSUPDATER or PlaiSysUpdater?, or other way. Maybe Gamecard that require specified firmware to run?. i'm newbie in hax. (i do, Work in progress Mii Hax). i really need to downgrade. Help plz. I Have R4 Card too For DS and it support 3DS Console's and bypass 11.2/11.1

You need a second console to do a DSiWare downgrade, or send it to someone to be hardmodded. No purely software method using only one console. It's detailed in Plailect's guide.

There may be a method to downgrade using DSiWare hax on a single console coming soon. But it will not work on 11.2. So use httpwn to get on the eShop and buy Fieldrunners, if you don't mind waiting.

It needs to be bought from the 3DS eShop. There's no other way around it.

No, it had to be bought. DSiWare had access to your NAND when installed so the hax can work. It would do nothing on an R4.
