Idk we were supposed to meet up weeks ago but things happened on his end that delayed it but when he told me everything was taken are of and he'd do it last weekend on monday i never got a response but he be online so i guess he decided not to do it and didnt tell me.

According to Plailect there should be a Tutorial on a DSiWare Downgrade without the need for a second 3DS coming. (For 11.1 and below)

Speculation on all parts, to my understanding it requires svchax which was patched in 11.0
I have a mail in service, im sure you both have heard of me. Its a mail in service turn around time is usually 7 to 10 days from the time you ship .
