Homebrew o3ds nd/dsiware problem

this is my first thread so sorry if this question has been asked before. I fallowed all the steps to this guide https://github.com/Plailect/Guide_RedNAND/wiki I know it is outdated but because i have 3 3ds two of which are on firm 11.1. my o3ds had undid the arm9loaderhax so i skipped part of the guide since i already had the otp but then i messed up on unlinking my sysnand and emunad so i got stuck on 11.1 then i found this guide https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/DSiWare-Downgrade after fallowing the the guide i could perdowngrade to 10.7 because when ever i boot nds or dsiware games my o3dsxl gos to a black screen i have to hard power it down. it says what to do in the guide but i need a cia installer. i do have access to hombrew. before you ask i got mad and made a stuiped mastake and deleted my emunand backups because i was going to start over and now i regrate it please help

Did you manage to install a9lh? To get a cia installer, follow the FBI injection section of Part 3.

it may be to late i need a cia installer to download right to sysnand so i can use the dsiware method to downgrade im on firm 11.1 do you know if theres anything like pasta or nasa

i have already dumped it into sysnand and lost it long time ago will it still work

Do you have a9lh? If you're on 11.x without a9lh you can't install cias. You have to downgrade first using an already hacked 3DS. https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/DSiWare-Downgrade

i thought so my a9lh unistalled itself then i skiped some steps in the guide to get it back then it softbricked i did an emerancy cover and in the process i lost dsiware functionality i know fbi has a 3dsx but i havent found away to get arm11 access to the console is there a work around because its the last obstetrical i have before downgrading (partially) is there away through a flashcard or do i have to hard mod i dont want to if i dont have to

If you don't have a9lh you need to downgrade using an already hacked 3DS (what I linked before) or hardmod.
If you just want homebrew there are various cartridge exploits you can use. Other than that, you're out of luck. I don't know why your DS functionality is broken though. I thought that would only happen in a9lh.

Edit: FBI (and Decrypt9, emuNAND9, etc) will not work from homebrew on a console over 9.2. So even when you get homebrew working again that isn't going to make you be able to downgrade. If you have a9lh (this fact still isn't clear) you can do an FBI injection, otherwise no FBI (or any other cia installer - even NASA won't install any legit cias over 10.7) until you've done a DSiWare downgrade or hardmod downgrade.

ok is there anthor softmod that dsnt use ds/dsi to downgrade if not would a hardmod be more effective and if so how hard is the hardmod with no solder exp

Don't try to do a hardmod with no experience. It's very hard, and easy to screw up your console permanently. Refer to: https://gbatemp.net/threads/list-of-hardmod-installers-by-region.414224/

DSiWare downgrade is the only software way to do it.
