I'm clueless!

Here is my issue. So, for a while, I can go to pretty much any website just fine. But after a while(maybe 30 mins to an hour), most websites stop loading images, and then stops loading completely, instant cannot connect to website, doesn't even try. But at the same time, GBAtemp, Youtube, Google, all work fine. This continues to happen until I reboot. Here is what I've tried. I still get the same shit.

- Flushing DNS
- I used my next door's router/internet
- tried another dns
- malware scans
- refreshed Windows 10 or w/e they called it
- I tried my usb wireless card
- disabled firewall/virus scanner, the piece of junk Windows firewall
- Tried some odd command beginning with a W I think that I cannot remember the command name

Yeah, I'm kinda stumped, trying to remove Windows updates, lol. I am tempted to just say fuck it, and install 7. Anyway, any ideas?!?

I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. They all do the same shit.

Boot into safe mode with networking and see if it does the same thing after an hour. If it doesn't, we know it's probably some software setting somewhere. if it does, then we know something else is borked like a network setting or hardware or something.

I'm sure there's some software that could help watch what's happening and let you know when something weird happens, but I'm not aware of any specific names. It's just the kind of software that seems someone would have made.

So it looks like there's either a setting somewhere or some of your software is being mean. Luckily it's not hardware, eh? I guess you can look through what software starts with your computer, and look through what is disabled between safe mode and normal operations. That's about the extent of the help I can provide, though.

Welp, I think I found the problem. So, I went back to normal boot mode, and suddenly no websites started loading after 30 mins. So, I open my task manager, and noticed an odd process, I killed it, and my websites started loading again. I looked it up online, and could find hardly any info, but I did find the location of the program, and deleted. I still have no idea wtf it is.

test your ram sticks with http://www.memtest.org/
i had a faulty ram stick giving weird problems to my computer
rarely the pc crashed, but i knew something was not right..

maybe TCPView can display all network activity so you can see which programs are actually communicating over internet :

maybe a program is taking all ports, or processID by not properly closing connection?

Well, I found that program on my PC and laptop, they both had the same odd issue, and I removed it from both, and it fixed both my PC and laptop. I guess I must have downloaded something, and ended up with that. It's odd that my anti virus didn't detect nor did malware bytes.

it probably was a legit process or program you installed, and some update just messed with it. Could be a program didn't uninstall properly, or just left all of its dependencies running.

antivirus and malware will detect stuff that it thinks intends to do harm, not programs that do crappy things to your settings or breaks things
