I think homemenuinjectaddr in ntrConfig needs to be changed, the one currently used may not workable after a firmware reboot.

May be he wants to some kind of cheat like infinite PP/HP or catch trainer Pokemon.
Although If you ask me, pokemon doesn't need those. Just PKHeX is enough.

If compiled as a .cia then sure, it can load full rom hacks. You can't edit addresses midgame, though.
I mean, romhacks even worked for rxtools for that matter. It's sky3ds the one that has to to play legit unmodified backups only.
