Hacking Error Code 005-5958 After Accessing eShop on Region Changed New 3DS

I just finished region changing my EUR New 3DS XL yesterday and followed each step carefully. I never had a NNID on the system but when I try to access the eShop, I get the error code: 005-5958. Why is this happening? Can I fix this?

By the way, I region changed from EUR to NA.

I don't think you can use the eShop on region changed systems.

It is allowed if you never made a NNID on the system when it was on the original region.

Not necessarily, it depends on if the 3ds had a legacy account linked to it at the time of manufacture.

You will have to use CTR code and patch the RAM everytime you want to access e-shop. It seems like a fairly complicated process.
