Hacking Need Downgrading Help

Iv'e downgraded plenty of 3ds' plenty of times and know nearly all the errors you can get with them. I did my first downgrade in January when the 10.3 downgrade came out and was pretty familiar with downgrading after that but I am running into some troubles again. A few days ago i completed the dsiwarehax exploit and the system is on 10.4 showing 11.1. the whole process was successful. I had even checked with 3dSident for confirmation. I have now tried the original sysUpdater, SafeSysUpdater and PlaiSysUpdater and I either get a blank black screen on the original sysUpdater or this error message on the other two http://imgur.com/a/dHgNR I have never seen this error before and have to idea what to do to fix my situation, Does anyone have an idea?

According plailect guide you should use sysDowngrader but it is buggy on 10.x firm, crashed a few times on me.

ONLY use the sysdowngrader that is on the guide.
Instead of using Ninja, use Ocarina (with hax for the ver11.1 installed on a hacked console or with powersave)
With Ninja, you have to scan 15 QR codes, which make it very easy to miss/fail one.

all the cia files are clean i checked in safesysupdater. its the actual downgrade where i get the above error
