Hello all, today I finally received my PS4 console in the mail. I bought it used for $220 it and it came with a controller which feels pretty godlike, no game, and a charge station stand or whatever. Is basically a usb powered stand base that has dual fans for cooling, 2 Dualshock 4 charging stations, and 3 additional usb ports dubbed "HUB" on it, i don't know if is offical by sony, but i found no Playstation logo on it. I posted about it here with pictures anyway.

Well I knew it had no game, so I was getting a decent deal... i feel. I do have games to play for it. Mostly from the Cross-buy stuff, which is way less than what i though. Retro city rampage DX, Nidhogg, Dragon Fantasy Book II Black tome of ice, and Pier solar and the great architechs. I also found dead or alive 5 last round free, so that all i got right now, nothing else yet. I know pretty lame huh? I guess at the time, the games i was getting was PS3 PSVita and not also PS4. So oh well, i could just get playstation plus, buy a few discounted games and feel like a achievement was made. There is also some ps2 games, but only one i find of interest is rogue galaxy, game is awesome. But as of now, i offically have no disc based game to play. I thought about Final fantasy VII but look at the price $17? Why is the price so high? The pc version on steam is only $10, and so is the original ps1 game on ps3, it's confusing, why is it the same price as the android ports of final fantasy games? Is basically the pc version and is more expensive. Guess i will wait for a sale, or go play my PS3 Download, what a disappointment.
Well i really haven't done much as of now, so i don't have much to say, what i did wanna ask if anyone has any new user friendly suggestions. The system menu is on 4.00, it says update available, but i doubt there is good reason not to update. There is no known homebrew at this time right? Are there any secrets i should know about using a ps4, tips and tricks, any suggestions for games? I need something to keep me busy until sonic mania comes out.
I'm asking the people like you (i think who will respond) have been using it since day one if there anything worth knowing at this time? I am open to opinions.... as long as is affordable.

Speaking of disappointment, there few other things that I noticed, like not playing audio cd, really? That was not supported? I can only ask why? outdated, unnecessary, not possible? I Dunno, it would have been nice, ps3 can play audio cd, and convert them, save to harddrive all on the system. So i would probably have to do that, copy to usb drive then transfer to ps4. Or use a media server, how does one even know what type? FTP? SMB? I dunno. It just would have been nice to have. Is not that awful but it would have been appreciated.
One thing i did get to test was remote play, and that seem to be nice. It was able to play games, that is great, far better than PS3 and psp where only games it could play was the PS1 games. What exactly was remote play for at the time if you could only play PS1 games on it? It seem very unnecessary, you can play ps1 games by just copying to the system. Besides that, it actually supports options for 60 fps, and good quality, is almost like wii u and the game pad. Speaking of game pad, i noticed there was a second screen function, has anyone used it, what is it like? I don't have game that supports it but imagine is something like wii u. One thing i dislike was how it had no 5GHZ AC connection. Well that is one thing Xbox one has advantage for. Good for them. So as for wireless the only upgrade was including 802.11 B/G/N Along with i guess better bluetooth.
