Why not just inject it with the file you used to dump it and make the FBI injection in the first place? it should be H&S.app, just inject it like you did with FBI but select that instead, it should be the file you got when you NEEDED To INJECT

1. [*]Open Hourglass9 from arm9loaderhax by holding (Start) on boot
   [*]Go to "SysNAND Backup/Restore", then select the "Health&Safety Dump" option to dump Health & Safety to hs.app (you can use Up and Down / Left and Right to change the name)

These are the steps needed to inject the FBI Into H&S. Use the HS.APP File you first dumped to inject fbi to inject H&S Back to normal.

Question, I'm on sys 9.0.0-20U on N3DS with latest LUMA installed and have FBI injected int H&S but it won't allow me to install CIA's, it just gives me the options to delete, rename, copy, paste, that's it. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Tried updating to latest firmware and still does the same thing, I've also tried with multiple versions of FBI just to see.

if you got HBL try using Nasa, or Big blue menu.

Maybe a dumb cuestion but did you Try to press the "Current Folder" to see if "Install All cias' is there? Can you show an image selecting a .cia on fbi?

If anything else works, you can use FBI by HBL and then install a new FBI .cia.

Only on CFW and if you have CFW why would you use homebrew instead of a .cia x)

You have to downgrade first to 9.2 with hardmod or other console with a9lh installed.

FBI 1.4.7 seems to have the same ID as Naitou Love: Devolution. It appears as installed on eShop by having it xD
